Who We Are

MEMAAR ASSOCIATES PVT LTD is a company formed in 2008 to offer a full range of standard architectural , interior , landscaping and construction work. MEMAAR has been incorporated in 2010 under the Companies Act . The company has specific expertise in the field of residential, commercial, hotel, cultural, educational and health institutions. We have dedicated team of professionals for support and services in the particular fields separately.

We approach every new project as an opportunity to showcase the unique characteristics that set it apart from all others.

Inspiration is drawn from a wide variety of sources including research into our clients’ interests, review of exceptional examples of the proposed building type and response to climate, site context and landscape. This approach allows us to quickly review a number of options.

We fuse creative experimentation with technical knowledge to come up with innovative yet practical solutions.

At the start of each project we work with the client to develop a design and consultation strategy to form a framework for the development of the project. We identify the consultants required, and work out the best way to get their input and develop ideas.

(Architect & Founder Director)

He did his Graduation in Architecture from , AMU Aligarh, India in the year 2001. A Masters in medical architecture (hospital planning) from Jamia Millia Islamia New Delhi (A Central University). Registered with Council of Architecture (COA). Having rich experience in the field of Architectural Design ,hospital planning and Execution civil & interior works. Setup his own practice in 2008. He is the principal Architect of this firm

  • Have been involved with Architectural & Planning Projects like Hospitals, Offices Buildings, Educational & Institutional Complexes, , Stadium, Factories, Auditoriums , Residential Housing etc.
  • Have been involved with interior projects like Offices, Hotels, Show-rooms, Residential etc.
  • Have been involved with all the stages of the Project from Conceptual Design, Submission Drawings, Specifications formulation, Estimation & Costing, Working Drawings & Detailing, Coordination of Various Services (like Electrical, Structural, Plumbing & Fire fighting, Air-conditioning), PROJECT MANAGEMENT , Quality Assurance , Bills verification etc.

Architect graduated & master from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi & registered with (COA / Council of Architecture, New Delhi.

Having experience in the field of architecture & interiors design , Expert in project management, planning and co-ordination, quality assurance and financial control.

Everything should be simple, from the way the house is built to the way a house is designed to be lived in.
